Recommendation

John Caunt's book is a must for anyone struggling with low self-esteem. Those wrestling with career choices, work-life balance, conflict, relationship issues, difficulty saying no, overwork, stress, low confidence, insecurity or neediness will also find valuable advice. Caunt also provides a good section on goal setting. While this book is most valuable to those seek self-development, it may also help managers develop insight into their employees and their own daily efforts to juggle the demands in their lives. Even if you're confident, this is a good referesher in valuing yourself for who you are – not just what you accomplish. Caunt may not break new literary or psychological ground, but his guidance is mainstream, practical, specific and useful.
