In 2017, for the sixth year running, consultancy firm Deloitte surveyed 8,000 highly educated millennials in 30 countries to learn about their “concerns and motivations.” It found that millennials living in emerging markets are generally more optimistic about their financial prospects and future levels of happiness compared with young people in mature markets.
