While the rating tells you how good a book is according to our two core criteria, it says nothing about its particular defining features. Therefore, we use a set of 20 qualities to characterize each book by its strengths:

Siempre con al verdad no mentir porque podrías estar en problemas reconocer nuestros errores y hacer bien nuestro trabajo su lectura me gusto aprendí muchas cosas q ha pesar de q él jefe tenga pelos en la lengua no significa que no puedas responderle siempre con amabilidad y respeto ante todo

Me alienta saber que somos líderes perfectamente imperfectos, pero con actitud y compromiso podremos llegar a ser coherentes con lo que pensamos y lo que hacemos.
Al culminar el tema, opino que más que tener valor para decir la verdad a otros, me lleva a tener valor para decirme (entrar en razón) la verdad de mi mismo conocerla, mediante la auto evaluación y encontrar los puntos que debo mejorar, sobre todo buscar el apoyo de los miembros del equipo, del jefe, en reuniones uno a uno para que me digan cómo mejorar mi calidad de líder, esto beneficiará el bienestar del equipo
