    Its a unique book on the most common emotion (Fear) of ervry human being, and how to face and defeat fear. The tips/advices given are convincing as these are based on self tested exepriences. Such training if recd or given, shall definitely help any one to lead a bullet proof life. Congrats to the author for bringing out such a book.
