    In her comparison, did the author take into account the emissions released during extraction, transportation and refinement of the oil to produce the fuel? Does she mention the amount of electricity used to refine a barrel of oil? Does she mention the reduced PM from brake wear, due to the use of regenerative braking instead of friction braking?
